In Vitro: COX-2-IN-10 (compound 9k) (10 M, 24 h) exhibits high safety ａnd did not show any significant cytotoxicity over LPS-Induced RAW264.7 macrophage cells.
COX-2-IN-10 (0.4, 2, 10 M) inhibits the production of PGE₂ in concentration dependent manner in RAW264.7 macrophage cells (IC₅₀=2.54 M).
COX-2-IN-10 (2.5, 5, 10 µM) significantly inhibits the mRNA expression of iNOS ａnd COX-2 at 10 µM.
COX-2-IN-10 (2.5, 5, 10 µM) significantly inhibits iNOS ａnd COX-2 protein level starting from 10 µM concentration.
COX-2-IN-10 (2.5, 5, 10 µM; 1 h) inhibits the production of IL-6, TNF-α ａnd IL-1β.
