产品活性：Pyrantel pamoate (Pyrantel embonate) 是一种口服有效的驱虫剂，也是烟碱乙酰胆碱受体 (nAChR) 激动剂。Pyrantel pamoate 可引起寄生虫的痉挛性肌肉麻痹。Pyrantel pamoate 可用于寄生虫感染的研究，比如蛔虫病、钩虫感染、肠虫病 (蛲虫感染)、毛霉菌病和旋毛虫病。

体外：噻嘧啶（10 nM-10 μM；72 h）对豇豆有较好的抗活性，对美洲黑线虫（0-168.2 M；72 h）有较好的抗活性[1][2]。MCE 尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。

体内：噻嘧啶（10 mg/kg；口服；单次）可减少感染锡兰弓形虫的仓鼠体内的蠕虫数量，蠕虫负担减少 87.2%，蠕虫排出率为 63.4%[2]。MCE 尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。它们仅供参考。
