生物活性：RMC-4998 是一种分子胶化合物，具有良好的抗肿瘤活性。RMC-4998 能够与 CYPA 和激活状态下的 KRAS G12C 突变体构成三元复合体。而且，与 KRAS G12C 结合的 CYPA 会阻断激活的 KRAS 突变体与下游效应蛋白产生相互作用，从而抑制促进细胞增殖的信号传导。
