概述:
　1、本仪器用于维持管材或者管件在一定的压力范围内进行长期的耐内压试验，在所试验的管材或管件出现了破裂或完成之后自动停机，并能保存压力曲线并打印试验报告，在控制方面，补压和卸压通过补压和卸压电磁阀的开启来控制，压力平稳的控制主要通过补压和卸压电磁阀的点动开启来达到精确控制的效果，本试验机具有自动恒压、电动卸压、清洗和自动校准等功能，该仪器选用了美国进口电磁阀，独特的密封结构，在水质清洁的时侯，保证了电磁阀的密封性和耐久性，由于会存在突然掉电或人为操作造成计算机死机等现象，本公司的压力主机能提供长期的数据保存和下载，减少了工人的工作强度，是一种经济实用，功能多样、自动化程度高的试验机。管材静液压试验机 (2)(1).jpg

　　2、该仪器由压力主机、压力站、水箱、温度控制系统和计算机软件系统组成。压力主机：由压力微控制部分、自动补压和电动卸压部分组成，压力微控制部分采用了微电脑控制，配备了高分辨率、高速运算模块，和计算机进行时时通讯，并能根据压力的情况自动补压和自动卸压。

JYY-(3-12) Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine

Overview:

This instrument is used for long-term internal pressure resistance tests on pipes or fittings by maintaining a specified pressure range. It automatically shuts down when the test specimen fails (ruptures) or upon test completion, and can save the pressure curve and print test reports. Regarding control, pressure replenishment and release are managed via the opening of solenoid valves. Stable pressure control is achieved through the precise, pulsed activation of these valves. This tester features functions such as automatic pressure holding, electric pressure release, system cleaning, and automatic calibration. It utilizes imported American solenoid valves with a unique seal structure, ensuring valve sealing integrity and durability when water quality is clean. To address potential issues like sudden power outages or computer freezes caused by operational errors, the machine's pressure main unit enables long-term data saving and downloading, reducing operator workload. It is an economical, practical, multi-functional, and highly automated testing machine.
The instrument consists of a pressure main unit, pressure station, water tank, temperature control system, and computer software system.

Pressure Main Unit: Comprises a micro-pressure control section, an automatic pressure replenishment section, and an electric pressure release section. The micro-pressure control section uses microcomputer control, equipped with high-resolution, high-speed computing modules, communicates in real-time with the computer, and perｆorms automatic pressure replenishment and release based on pressure conditions.
Pressure Station: Its primary function is to supply pressure to the main unit. The pressure from the station must have a lower limit higher than all test pressures. This section uses an imported American plunger pump, characterized by high flow, low noise, high pressure, and maintenance-free operation. Connected via external high-pressure hoses, it enables automatic water replenishment, ensuring reliable overall pressure and serving as a highly dependable pressure source.
Water Tank: Consists of a circulation section, heating section, automatic water replenishment section, and insulation section. The circulation section uses a high-flow pipeline pump to ensure uniｆorm water temperature and fast heat exchange.
Temperature Control System: Precisely controls the water tank temperature, displays the temperature, allows for independent temperature setting, and intelligently controls the water tank's liquid level, ensuring both temperature stability and an appropriate liquid level.
Software System: Connects to the pressure main unit via an RS232 serial interface. It provides various functions including parameter setting, calibration, pressure release, zero adjustment, amplitude adjustment, test curve plotting, test record saving, and test report printing.
