概述:
　1、本仪器是根据GB/T 6111-2018和GB/T 15560-1995的标准要求所研制的一种试验机，用于维持管材或者管件在一定的压力范围内进行长期的耐内压试验，在所试验的管材或管件出现了破裂或完成之后自动停机，并能保存压力曲线并打印试验报告，在控制方面，补压和卸压通过补压和卸压电磁阀的开启来控制，压力平稳的控制主要通过补压和卸压电磁阀的点动开启来达到精确控制的效果，本试验机具有自动恒压、电动卸压、清洗和自动校准等功能，该仪器选用了美国进口电磁阀，独特的密封结构，在水质清洁的时侯，保证了电磁阀的密封性和耐久性，由于会存在突然掉电或人为操作造成计算机死机等现象，本公司的压力主机能提供长期的数据保存和下载，减少了工人的工作强度，是一种经济实用，功能多样、自动化程度高的试验机。

　　2、该仪器由压力主机、压力站、水箱、温度控制系统和计算机软件系统组成。压力主机：由压力微控制部分、自动补压和电动卸压部分组成，压力微控制部分采用了微电脑控制，配备了高分辨率、高速运算模块，和计算机进行时时通讯，并能根据压力的情况自动补压和自动卸压。

　　压力站：主要的功能是为压力主机提供压力，压力站的压力要求是下限必须高于的所有试样所进行试验的压力，本部分采用了美国进口柱塞泵，大流量、低噪音、高压力、免维护，通过外接高压软管，能够完成自动补水，保证总压力的可靠性，成为一个最可靠的压力源。

　　水箱：由循环部分、加热部分、自动补水部分和保温部分组成，循环部分采用了大流量管道泵，使水箱温度均匀，温度交换快。

　　温度控制系统：精确控制水箱的温度，进行温度的显示，单独的进行温度的设定，并且可以智能控制水箱的液位，在保证温度的同时也保证液位在一个合理的位置。。

Overview

This instrument is developed in accordance with the standard requirements of GB/T 6111-2018 and GB/T 15560-1995. It is designed for long-term internal pressure resistance testing of pipes or pipe fittings, maintaining a specified pressure range. The machine automatically stops upon pipe/fittings rupture or test completion, saves pressure curves, and prints test reports. In terms of control, pressure replenishment and relief are managed via solenoid valves: momentary activation of these valves ensures precise pressure stability. The machine features functions such as automatic constant pressure, electric pressure relief, cleaning, and automatic calibration. It is equipped with imported American solenoid valves and a unique sealing structure, ensuring valve sealing performance and durability under clean water conditions. To address sudden power outages or computer freezes caused by human error, the pressure main unit provides long-term data storage and download capabilities, reducing operator workload. This is an economical, multi-functional, and highly automated testing machine.
The instrument consists of a pressure main unit, pressure station, water tank, temperature control system, and computer software system:

Pressure Main Unit: Comprises a micro-control pressure section and an automatic pressure replenishment/electric relief section. The micro-control section uses a microcomputer with high-resolution, high-speed computing modules for real-time communication with the computer. It automatically replenishes or relieves pressure based on pressure conditions.
Pressure Station: Supplies pressure to the main unit. Its pressure output must exceed the maximum test pressure of all specimens. This section uses imported American plunger pumps (large flow, low noise, high pressure, maintenance-free) and connects to the main unit via high-pressure hoses for automatic water replenishment, ensuring reliable total pressure and serving as a dependable pressure source.
Water Tank: Includes a circulation section, heating section, automatic water replenishment section, and thermal insulation section. The circulation section uses high-flow pipeline pumps to ensure uniform water temperature and rapid heat exchange.
Temperature Control System: Precisely controls and displays the water tank temperature, allows independent temperature setting, and intelligently manages water level to maintain both temperature and liquid level within optimal ranges.
Software System: Connected to the pressure main unit via an RS232 serial interface, it supports parameter settings, calibration, pressure relief, zero adjustment, amplitude adjustment, test curve plotting, test record saving, and test report printing.

Application Fields:
This instrument is widely used for internal pressure resistance testing of various plastic pipes, making it an ideal testing device for building materials industries, pipe manufacturers, national testing institutions, and research units. Adopting an intermittent pressure replenishment method, it ensures stable pressure with large flow capacity, meeting test requirements for pipes of all diameters.
