生物活性：Deoxyshikonin 是从 Arnebia euchroma 中分离得到的，具有抗肿瘤活性。脱氧紫草素增加 HMVEC-dLy 中 VEGF-C 和 VEGF-A mRNA 的表达，促进 HIF-1α 和 HIF-1β 亚基相互作用并结合到特定的 DNA 序列HIF，表明在体外具有促淋巴管生成和促血管生成作用^[1]。脱氧紫草素对 S 显示出显着的协同抗菌活性。 pneumonia (MIC=17 μg/mL)，对 MRSA^[2] 也表现出显着的抑制活性。
