【性质简介】：Alexa Fluor 350 wheat germ agglutinin (Alexa Fluor 350-WGA), as a unique fluorescent probe, combines the excellent properties of the fluorescent dye Alexa Fluor 350 ａnd wheat germ agglutinin (WGA), demonstrating excellent chemical properties ａnd wide application value. Alexa Fluor 350 fluorescent dye stands out for its high brightness blue fluorescence characteristics, with an accurate excitation wavelength of about 346nm ａnd an emission wavelength of about 442nm. This feature enables Alexa Fluor 350 to exhibit bright ａnd clear blue fluorescence under a fluorescence microscope, making it highly suitable as a fluorescent marker for cell ａnd tissue labeling ａnd imaging research. Wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) is a naturally occurring protein that specifically recognizes ａnd binds to N-acetylglucosamine ａnd sialic acid residues on the cell membrane surface. This feature enables WGA to accurately label glycoproteins on the cell membrane, thereby achieving localization ａnd recognition of cells.
