Binks Smart Pumps are respected for their energy saving capabilities ａnd proven reliability. This is why they are found in the world’s largest Automotive OEM ａnd Tier 1 paint shops.

The Binks series Smart Pumps use standard electric motors to drive the fluid section for pumping paints, solvents ａnd other suitable materials. Smart pumps are available in different models with flow rates from 1 gpm-16 gpm ａnd pressure up to 290 psi.

Smart pumps achieves a reciprocating drive by using a cam ａnd cam followers combined with a sliding carriage unit. Equal thrust on each stroke together with the special cam profile reduces fluid pressure fluctuations to an absolute minimum.

The Smart Pump has the available Smart Card that provides higher energy savings ａnd lower operational cost by running in an open or closed loop mode which delivers paint to the use point at the correct pressure ａnd volume only when needed. Operational costs are much lower than compressed air driven models.
