嘱患者取下角膜接触镜，将下颌放置颏托，额头贴紧额托，调整设备运动底座，对齐患者瞳孔；

调整对焦与屈光补偿，引导患者注视固视靶点，完成图像采集；造影模式按临床规范注射造影剂后时序采集图像；

Instruct patient to remove contact lenses. Position chin on chin rest and forehead against forehead rest. Adjust motorized base to align pupil.

7、禁忌症 Contraindications
