1 工作原理 Working Principle
中文本设备采用脉搏波测量法，搭载双气囊、双压力传感器。充气过程中，同步采集袖带压力信号与肱动脉脉搏波信号，通过专用算法识别脉搏波特征拐点，计算得到收缩压、舒张压及脉率；区别于传统示波法，直接解析脉搏波时序特征实现血压测量。

During inflation, it synchronously acquires cuff pressure signal and brachial‑artery pulse‑wave signal. 5 使用方法 Operating Instructions

测量前静坐休息至少 5 分钟，测量前 30 分钟禁止吸烟、喝咖啡、剧烈运动，保持情绪平稳。
将双气囊袖带气管对应接口接至主机；裸露上臂，袖带缠绕在上臂，袖带下缘距离肘窝 2‑3 cm，袖带中心与心脏保持同一高度，魔术贴固定松紧可伸入一指。
坐姿端正，手臂平放桌面，身体放松，测量过程不要说话、移动肢体。
按电源键开机，设备自动充气完成测量。
测量结束屏幕显示收缩压、舒张压、脉率，可语音播报；可按记忆键调取历史数据。
如需复测，间隔 1‑2 分钟再次测量；连续多次取平均值作为参考。

Rest quietly for at least 5 min before measurement. No smoking, coffee or strenuous exercise within 30 min prior; keep emotional calm.
Connect dual‑bladder cuff hoses to corresponding ports on main unit. Expose upper arm, wrap cuff around upper arm; lower cuff margin is 2‑3 cm above elbow fossa. Keep cuff centre at heart level. Fasten hook‑and‑loop tape; one‑finger clearance between cuff and arm.
Sit upright, rest arm flat on table, relax body. Do not speak or move limbs during measurement.
Press power button to power‑on; device inflates automatically and completes measurement.
After measurement, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse‑rate are displayed and optionally voice‑announced. Press memory button to review historical data.
For re‑measurement, wait 1‑2 min interval. Take average value of multiple readings for reference.

禁止用于新生儿、婴幼儿、儿童；
上臂有严重外伤、烧伤、术后创面、大面积皮肤破损，禁止在该手臂测量；
禁止在输液肢体、动‑静脉瘘侧手臂进行测量；
本设备不能用于麻醉中、重症监护下连续实时血压监测；
不可用于体内血管直接压力测量。

锂电池避免过充、高温环境存放；长期不使用定期补电。
袖带避免尖锐物穿刺；可用微湿软布擦拭，禁止水洗主机。
电磁环境（大功率无线设备）可能干扰测量，远离强电磁源。
若频繁出现测量失败，检查袖带连接、佩戴方式；持续异常联系厂家售后。
建议定期比对校准，保证测量准确度。

Improper posture, ill‑fitted cuff, body movement, speaking or emotional excitement may cause measuring deviation.
Do not disassemble main unit or cuff. Repairs shall be perｆormed only by manufacturer‑authorized personnel.
Prevent lithium‑battery over‑charging and high‑temperature storage; recharge periodically for long‑term idle storage.
Protect cuff from sharp puncture. Wipe cuff with slightly damp soft cloth. Do NOT wash main unit with water.
Electromagnetic environment (high‑power wireless equipment) may interfere measurement; keep away from strong electromagnetic sources.
Frequent measuring failure: check hose connection and cuff wearing. Contact manufacturer service for persistent abnormality.
Periodic comparative calibration is recommended to maintain measuring accuracy.
