一、工作原理 Working Principle
中文： 本产品采用自主专利脉搏波血压测量原理，采用双管、双气囊、双传感器结构；上游气囊阻断肱动脉血流，下游气囊采集动脉脉搏波信号，采集脉搏波多点波形特征，通过专用算法解析脉搏波时序与幅值变化，计算得到收缩压、舒张压及脉率，模拟柯氏音听诊法的物理逻辑，实现血压测量36氪。
English： This device adopts patented Pulse‑Wave blood pressure measurement principle with dual‑tube, dual‑air‑bag and dual‑sensor configuration. The upper air‑bag occludes brachial artery blood flow; the lower air‑bag captures arterial pulse‑wave signals. Multi‑point pulse‑wave features are collected. Dedicated algorithm analyzes timing and amplitude variation of pulse‑waves to calculate systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate. It simulates the physical logic of Korotkoff‑sound auscultation method for non‑invasive blood pressure measurement。

五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

测量前 30 分钟避免运动、吸烟、饮酒、喝咖啡、浓茶、进食；静坐休息 5‑10 分钟，保持情绪平稳。
将袖带平整捆绑于上臂，袖带气囊中心与心脏保持同一高度，袖带松紧可插入一指。
主机置于桌面，连接袖带管路，装入电池或接通电源。
选择用户编号，按下开始键，设备自动充气、测量、泄压。
测量完成屏幕显示收缩压、舒张压、脉率；如有不规则脉搏，屏幕提示对应标识。
记录数据，关机；可调取历史记忆数据查看。
同一手臂两次测量间隔至少 2‑3 分钟。

Avoid exercise, smoking, alcohol, coffee, strong tea and food intake for 30 min before measurement. Sit quietly for 5‑10 min and keep stable emotion.
Wrap cuff smoothly around upper‑arm. Align cuff air‑bag center at heart level; one‑finger gap allowed between cuff and arm skin.
Place main unit on tabletop, connect cuff tubing, install batteries or switch‑on power supply.
Select user ID and press START key. Device perｆorms automatic inflation, measurement and deflation.
After measurement completes, systolic BP, diastolic BP and pulse rate are displayed. Irregular‑pulse symbol will appear if abnormal rhythm detected.
Record results and power‑off; historical memory data can be recalled.
Interval ≥2‑3 minutes for two consecutive measurements on same arm.
六、适应症 / 适用范围 Indications / Intended Use

七、禁忌症 Contra‑indications

禁止用于新生儿、婴幼儿。
上臂皮肤破损、烧伤、感染、严重水肿、血管畸形、术后伤口部位禁止佩戴袖带测量。
禁止在有大出血、休克、危重抢救患者肢体上使用本设备。
不可与高频手术设备同时作用于同一患者。
本设备不能用于心律完全紊乱无法识别脉搏波的患者，该类患者应遵医嘱使用听诊水银血压计。

Not for neonates and infants.
Do NOT apply cuff over upper‑arm with skin laceration, burn, infection, severe edema, vascular malｆormation or surgical wounds.
Do NOT apply on limbs of patient with massive hemorrhage, shock or critical emergency condition.
Do NOT use simultaneously with high‑frequency surgical equipment on same patient.
Not recommended for patients with completely chaotic heart rhythm where pulse‑wave cannot be reliably identified; such patients shall use auscultatory mercury sphygmomanometer under physician guidance.
八、注意事项 Notes & Warnings

本设备仅为血压筛查监测设备，不能自行根据测量结果更改降压药物，用药请遵从医师指导。
测量时身体不可移动、手臂不要抖动，不要说话。
袖带必须匹配臂围；袖带过大或过小将造成测量误差。
请勿在强电磁干扰环境（大功率无线电、核磁设备附近）使用，避免干扰测量。
设备不能浸入水中；仅可干软布擦拭外壳，袖带避免水洗浸泡。
建议定期进行计量校准，建议校准周期 1‑2 年。
如果连续多次测量结果异常，请咨询医生，不要仅凭设备结果自行判断病情。
不要自行拆卸、改装主机。
内置记忆不能作为存储，建议纸质记录重要血压数据。

This device is only non‑invasive blood‑pressure screening monitor. Do NOT adjust antihypertensive medication solely based on measured readings; follow physician’s medication instruction strictly.
Keep body still during measurement, avoid arm movement and talking.
Cuff shall match arm circumference; improper cuff size causes measuring error.
Avoid operation under heavy electromagnetic interference (near high‑power radio, MRI equipment).
Do NOT immerse unit into water. Wipe housing only with dry soft cloth; do not soak/wash cuff.
Periodic metrological calibration is recommended every 1‑2 years.
If repeated abnormal readings occur, consult physician, do not self‑diagnose only by device output.
Do NOT disassemble or modify main unit.
Built‑in memory shall not substitute medical record; paper‑record key blood‑pressure data.
