1 工作原理｜Working Principle
中文本设备采用专利脉搏波血压测量技术，配备双气囊双传感袖带；上游气囊对肱动脉加压阻断血流，下游传感器连续采集动脉脉搏波信号，对脉搏波多点采样，通过逼近、拟合算法解析脉搏波波形变化规律，计算得到收缩压、舒张压与脉率；区别于示波法，不依赖统计经验模型，还原血流真实状态，自动完成全部测量流程，降低人为主观误差。

The upper balloon compresses brachial artery to occlude blood flow, while the downstream sensor continuously captures arterial pulse‑wave signals. 5 使用方法｜Operation Method

测量前：儿童静坐休息 5‑10 分钟，保持情绪平稳，避免运动、进食、哭闹后立即测量；
确认袖带适配上臂臂周，将双气囊袖带正确佩戴于裸露上臂，袖带中心与心脏保持同一高度；
连接袖带气管至主机；
按下电源键一键启动，设备自动加压、采集脉搏波，自动完成测量；
读取屏幕收缩压、舒张压、脉率；可开启语音播报；
结果自动存入记忆；可查阅历史记录；
测量完成后取下袖带，关机。
建议单次连续测量间隔≥2 分钟，多次测量取平均值供参考。

Before measurement: Let the child rest quietly for 5‑10 min. Do NOT measure immediately after exercise, meal or crying. Keep stable emotion.
Confirm cuff matches arm circumference. Fit dual‑balloon cuff snugly on bare upper‑arm; cuff centre shall be at heart level.
Connect cuff air‑tube to main unit.
Press power key for one‑key start. Device auto‑inflates, captures pulse‑wave and completes measurement automatically.
Read systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse‑rate on display; voice broadcast is optional.
Results auto‑saved into memory; historical records can be retrieved.
Remove cuff after measurement and power‑off.
Recommended interval between repeated measurements ≥2 min; take average value for reference.

禁止用于新生儿、3 周岁以下婴幼儿；
上臂有外伤、烧伤、皮肤破溃、大面积皮炎、肢体畸形、血管造瘘侧手臂禁止佩戴袖带测量；
严重心律失常、剧烈颤抖抽搐无法保持安静状态，不建议本机测量；
不可用于术中有创血压替代；不可用于麻醉深度监护；
请勿用于生命体征危急需要连续监护的重症患儿。
