1、工作原理 Working Principle
中文本设备采用脉搏波血压测量技术，配置双气囊袖带；上气囊阻断肱动脉血流，下气囊同步采集动脉脉搏波信号。主机采集袖带内气压与脉搏波波形，通过脉搏波专利算法解析脉搏波幅值‑气压对应关系，计算得到收缩压、舒张压与脉率，实现上臂血压测量。区别于传统示波法，依靠双气囊分别实现血流阻断与脉搏波拾取。
EnglishThis device adopts non‑invasive pulse‑wave blood pressure measurement technology, equipped with dual‑bladder cuff. The upper bladder occludes brachial artery blood flow, while the lower bladder synchronously acquires arterial pulse‑wave signals. The main unit collects cuff air pressure and pulse‑wave waveｆorms, calculates systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate via proprietary pulse‑wave algorithm based on amplitude‑pressure correlation of pulse‑wave. 5、使用方法 Operating Instructions

测量前静坐 5‑10 分钟，避免运动、吸烟、咖啡；坐姿端正，手臂与心脏同一高度；
将双气囊袖带平整缠绕于上臂，袖带下缘距离肘窝 2‑3cm，松紧可插入一指；
连接袖带管路与主机；开机，确认时间设置正确；
按下启动键，设备自动充气、采集脉搏波、泄压、完成测量；
读取屏幕血压、脉率结果；RBP‑6200 同步语音播报；
可调取历史存储记录；测量结束关机。
提示：数值仅供临床参考，不可直接作为诊断依据。

Rest quietly for 5‑10 min before measurement; avoid exercise, smoking, coffee. Sit upright, keep upper‑arm at heart level.
Wrap dual‑bladder cuff flatly on upper arm; cuff lower edge is 2‑3 cm above elbow fossa; allow one‑finger slack between cuff and arm.
Connect cuff tubing to main unit. Power‑on and verify time setting.
Press START button; device automatically inflates, acquires pulse‑wave, deflates and completes measurement.
Read systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate on screen. RBP‑6200 provides simultaneous voice broadcast.
Review stored history records; power‑off after use.
Note: Measurement results are for clinical reference only and shall NOT serve as sole diagnostic basis.

7、禁忌症 Contraindications

禁止用于新生儿、婴幼儿、儿童；本产品仅针对成人；
上臂有严重创伤、烧伤、术后伤口、大面积皮肤破损，禁止在上臂佩戴袖带测量；
上臂静脉输液、动静脉瘘侧肢体，不可使用该臂测量；
肢体严重畸形无法正常佩戴袖带者不适用；
不可同时与高频外科手术设备共用在同一患者身上。
