五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

将设备接通交流电源，开机完成自检；
受试者取坐姿，身体放松，手臂伸入臂筒，肘部对齐肘部定位传感器；可微调臂筒角度至舒适姿态；手臂与心脏保持同一水平；
确认手臂完全置于臂筒内部，按下【启动 / 停止】按键；
设备自动加压、采集脉搏波信号、自动减压；测量过程中受试者保持安静、不说话、肢体不动；
测量完成，屏幕显示收缩压、舒张压、脉率；语音播报结果，可选自动打印；
读取或打印数据；可按记忆键调取历史记录；测量完毕受试者取出手臂，关机；
若出现异常可按停止键终止测量。

Connect AC power and power‑on for self‑test.
Subject sits relaxed, insert upper arm into arm tunnel, align elbow with elbow‑position sensor. Adjust arm‑tunnel angle for comfort. Keep arm at heart‑level height.
Ensure arm is fully inside tunnel, press 【Start/Stop】 key.
Device perｆorms automatic inflation, pulse‑wave acquisition and automatic deflation. Subject shall remain still, silent during measurement.
Upon completion, systolic / diastolic pressure and pulse rate are displayed on screen; voice read‑out and optional auto‑print are perｆormed.
Read or print results. Press memory key to review historical records. Subject withdraw arm after test, power off unit.
Press Stop key to abort measurement in case of abnormality.

七、禁忌症 Contra‑indications

禁止用于婴幼儿、儿童；仅用于成人；
上臂有外伤、烧伤、术后创面、大面积皮肤破损、感染、血管造瘘侧肢体，禁止在该上臂测量；
重度躁动、无法保持安静配合的受试者不适合本设备测量；
不可用于有创血压替代，不能用于麻醉中危重患者连续监护；
不要在同一上臂同时连接其他监护设备。

测量前受试者静坐休息至少 5 分钟；测量前 30 分钟禁止吸烟、喝咖啡、浓茶、剧烈运动；
测量时身体挺直、不要说话、不要移动手臂、不要翘二郎腿；手臂务必与心脏同一高度；
臂套应保持清洁，可拆洗，需定期检查有无老化破损；
设备为交流供电，禁止在潮湿环境、浴室使用；避免液体泼洒主机；
若多次测量，两次测量间隔建议≥3 分钟；
设备仅作筛查参考，血压异常请遵医嘱进一步诊疗；不可仅依靠本设备结果自行调药；
请勿自行拆解主机；维修校准由厂家或授权人员执行；
出现频繁超压报错、排气异常应停止使用，联系售后；
电磁环境会影响测量，远离大功率射频设备。

Subject shall rest seated for at least 5 min before measurement. No smoking, coffee, strong tea or strenuous exercise within 30 min prior to test.
Sit upright; avoid talking, arm movement or leg‑crossing during measurement. Arm shall be maintained at heart‑level.
Cuff cover shall be kept clean; removable for washing. Regularly inspect for aging or damage.
Unit is AC‑powered. Do not operate in humid or bathroom environments. Prevent liquid spillage onto main unit.
For repeated measurements, allow ≥3 min interval between tests.
Device provides screening reference only. Seek further medical consultation for abnormal readings. Do NOT adjust medication solely based on this device.
Do not disassemble main unit. Maintenance and calibration shall be perｆormed by manufacturer or authorized personnel.
