一、工作原理(Working Principle)

Adopts Swept Source Optical Coherence Tomography (SS-OCT) technology. The instrument emits a 1050nm swept laser beam to illuminate intraocular tissues (retina, choroid, etc.). The light reflected from different tissue interfaces interferes with the reference light. The interference signal is detected and analyzed via high-speed Fourier transｆormation to reconstruct 2D cross-sectional (B-scan) and 3D volumetric images of ocular tissues with micron-level resolution. OCT Angiography (OCTA) uses repeated scans and motion contrast technology to detect red blood cell flow, non-invasively generating images of retinal and choroidal vasculature.
