全自动沥青软化点试验仪

概述：

本仪器是我公司推出的新一代电脑软化点试验仪，采用新设计的结构外观和微电脑电路，具有体积小，故障率低，智能化程度高，使用简单快捷等特点。本仪器采用了7寸触摸屏显示，程控磁力搅拌器，底部加热板加热、升温线性好、高精度光线检测技术扫描钢球下沉距离(25.0mm)自动记录试验结果，仅需按下“启动试验”键，试验即可自动完成，结果准确可靠，可供公路、城建、石化以及科研院所(校)从事沥青性能检测与研究之用。

本软化点试验仪采用了专利的自适应环境光算法，可以有效解决检测电路老化，环境光干扰造成的检测不可靠的问题。发明专利号:201710028727.4。本系列产品可以选配联网版，可配联网版PC软件及工业平板电脑，提供串口直接上传，数据库远程上传，本地数据读取等多种联网模式。

产品执行标准:GB/T4507、ASTM D36、T0606-2011(JTG/T3410-2025)。

产品特点：

1、全系7寸彩色触摸屏，人机交互友好，操作快捷。可取出的试样环支架，可以随试样一起在恒温水中冷却。高可靠的光学光电检测系统，配以我司有专利技术的算法，可以有效降低环境光的影响，无惧水气泡产生的干扰遮挡；

2、配有电控调速的磁力搅拌器；

3、半封闭式底部平板加热方式；

4、软件系统中英文通用，可通过系统设置切换。具有数据实时显示，加热曲线显示，手动或者自动记录；

5、具有 999组试验数据保存功能，自带时间标管理，可以删除或者打印；

Fully Automatic Asphalt Softening Point Tester

Overview:

This instrument is the next-generation computerized softening point tester launched by our company. Featuring a newly designed structure and microcomputer circuitry, it offers a compact size, low failure rate, high level of intelligence, and simple, quick operation.

Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen and a programmable magnetic stirrer, the instrument utilizes a bottom heating plate to ensure excellent linear temperature rise. High-precision optical detection technology automatically scans the steel ball's sinking distance (25.0mm) and records the test results. Simply press the "Start Test" button, and the test will be completed automatically. The results are accurate and reliable, making it ideal for asphalt perｆormance testing and research in highways, urban construction, petrochemicals, and research institutes (or universities).

This softening point tester incorporates a patented adaptive ambient light algorithm (Invention Patent No.: 201710028727.4), which effectively solves the issue of unreliable detection caused by circuit aging and ambient light interference. This series can be optionally equipped with a networking version, including PC software and an industrial tablet PC. It offers various networking modes, such as direct serial port upload, remote database upload, and local data retrieval.

Product Features:

User-Friendly Interface & Cooling: The entire series features a 7-inch color touchscreen for quick and friendly operation. The removable sample ring holder can be cooled together with the sample in a constant temperature water bath.

Advanced Optical Detection: A highly reliable optical photoelectric detection system, combined with our patented algorithm, effectively reduces the impact of ambient light and is immune to interference from water bubbles.

Programmable Magnetic Stirrer: Equipped with an electronically controlled magnetic stirrer with adjustable speed.

Efficient Heating: Features a semi-enclosed bottom plate heating method.

Bilingual System & Data Display: The software supports both Chinese and English (switchable via settings). It features real-time data display, heating curve display, and supports both manual and automatic recording.

Large Data Storage: Capable of saving 999 sets of test data with built-in timestamp management. Data can be deleted or printed.

Networking Capabilities: Offers networking functions with two communication protocols. Our optional PC test software allows for direct data upload (available in select provinces) or data retrieval via database and serial port.

Electric Lifting: Features an electric lifting function for the sample holder.

Built-in Printer: Comes standard with a thermal micro printer.
