概述：

本仪器是我公司推出的新一代电脑软化点试验仪，采用新设计的结构外观和微电脑电路，具有体积小，故障率低，智能化程度高，使用简单快捷等特点。本仪器采用了7寸触摸屏显示，程控磁力搅拌器，底部加热板加热，升温线性好、高精度光线检测技术扫描钢球下沉距离(25.0mm)自动记录试验结果，仅需按下“启动试验”键，试验即可自动完成，结果准确可靠，可供公路、城建、石化、及科研院所(校)从事沥青性能检测与研究之用。

本软化点试验仪采用了专利的自适应环境光算法，可以有效解决检测电路老化，环境光干扰造成的检测不可靠的问题。本系列产品可以选配联网版，可配联网版PC软件及工业平板电脑，提供串口直接上传，数据库远程上传，本地数据读取等多种联网模式。

Fully Automatic Asphalt Softening Point Tester

Overview:

This instrument is a new generation of computerized softening point tester launched by our company. Featuring a newly designed structure and microcomputer circuitry, it boasts a compact size, low failure rate, high degree of intelligence, and simple, quick operation.

Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen and a programmable magnetic stirrer, the instrument utilizes bottom heating plate technology to ensure excellent linear temperature rise. High-precision optical detection technology automatically scans the steel ball's sinking distance (25.0mm) and records the test results. Simply press the "Start Test" button, and the test will be completed automatically. The results are accurate and reliable, making it ideal for asphalt perｆormance testing and research in highways, urban construction, petrochemicals, and research institutes (or universities).

This softening point tester incorporates a patented adaptive ambient light algorithm, effectively solving the issue of unreliable detection caused by circuit aging and ambient light interference. This series can be optionally equipped with a networking version, including PC software and an industrial tablet PC. It offers various networking modes, such as direct serial port upload, remote database upload, and local data retrieval.

Networking Functionality: Offers networking capabilities with two communication protocols. Our optional PC test software allows for direct data upload (available in select provinces) or data retrieval via database and serial port.

Built-in Micro Printer: Comes standard with a thermal micro printer.
