一、概述：

JCY-5全自动钢筋称重偏差测试系统是对建筑用钢筋材料进行称重和长度测量的专用仪器。可同时进行重量和长度的测量，自动计算换算钢筋重量偏差值，测量结果在显示屏上显示，同时具有通讯数据上传功能，可上传到计算机上自动保存。可快速地对检测试样的重量和长度数据进行读取和处理。

1、GB/T1499.1-2017（钢筋混凝土用钢部分：圆钢）；

2、GB/T1499.2-2017（钢筋混凝土用钢第二部分：热轧带肋钢筋）；

1. Overview

The JCY-5 Fully Automatic Steel Bar Weight Deviation Testing System is a specialized instrument designed for the weighing and length measurement of steel bars used in construction. It perｆorms precise measurements of weight and length simultaneously, automatically calculating and converting the weight deviation value. Measurement results are displayed on the screen and feature data communication/upload capabilities for automatic saving to a computer. The system enables rapid reading and processing of weight and length data for test specimens.

The instrument comprises a weight sensing module system, laser length measurement device, electrical data analysis system, computer, and dedicated software. It is suitable for quality inspection and R&D applications in ｍmbedllurgy, building materials, scientific research institutions, and quality supervision departments.
