一、概述：

I. Overview

This machine enables automatic calculation of steel bar weight deviation values and data upload functionality; marking distances of 5mm and 10mm are optional. It is applicable for marking and weight deviation testing of tensile steel bar specimens, including hot-rolled steel bars, plain round steel bars, ribbed steel bars, straight steel bars, coiled steel bars, and specific grades such as HPB300, HRB400/HRB500, HRB400E/HRB500E, HRB600, HRBF400/HRBF500, HRBF400E/HRBF500E, CRB550, and CTB550/CTB650 (diameter range: Φ4mm–50mm).

III. Product Features

Multi-functional Design: Capable of independent weight deviation testing, independent gage marking for steel bars, and completing both weight deviation and gage marking in a single operation.
Laser Length Measurement System: Adopts a laser through-beam length measurement principle, replacing traditional manual measurement with steel tapes. It achieves an accuracy of 0.1mm, eliminating errors from manual measurement.
Intelligent Operation: Simply place the steel bar on the test platｆorm, select the bar type and diameter, and the machine will automatically perｆorm weighing, length measurement, weight deviation calculation, and laser marking for subsequent bars to be tested.
Laser Marking Technology: Utilizes a high-power laser emission device with polarizing lenses to adjust the laser marking position; the laser head moves parallel to feed the specimen into the marking range of the specimen tray. The tray can hold multiple specimens for simultaneous gage marking.

Safety Protection: Absorptive protective glass is installed on the system’s safety door to prevent laser damage to operators’ eyes.
