一、概述：

二、结构及工作原理：

该机由三大部分组成——加热锅、搅拌器和电控箱。加热锅温度从室温～250℃范围内任意设定，并自动控温。搅拌器由搅拌轴、电机和搅拌桨组成。

工作时，搅拌浆在锅内旋转，对混合料进行拌和。其搅拌时间由数显时间继电器设置，可在1～999秒范围内任意设定。

此外，温控表对拌合温度进行设置，内置模糊逻辑的PID控温算法，加热锅使用导热油加热，使混合料均匀受热。并针对拌和锅传热特性进行软件优化，控温精确。

BH-60 (Horizontal) Asphalt Mixture Automatic Mixer

I. Overview

The BH-60 (Horizontal) Asphalt Mixture Automatic Mixer is indispensable mixing machinery for preparing specimens of asphalt-aggregate mixtures or cement-aggregate mixtures. It fully complies with all provisions of the Ministry of Transport standard T0702-2011 Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering. Currently, it is widely used in laboratories of scientific research, construction, and supervision departments within the highway system.

II. Structure and Working Principle

The machine consists of three main parts: a heating pot, an agitator, and an electric control box. The heating pot has a temperature range from room temperature to 250°C, which can be arbitrarily set and automatically controlled. The agitator comprises a stirring shaft, a motor, and stirring paddles.

During operation, the stirring paddles rotate inside the pot to mix the mixture. The mixing time is set by a digital display time relay and can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 1–999 seconds.

Additionally, the temperature control meter sets the mixing temperature. It uses a fuzzy logic PID temperature control algorithm, and the heating pot is heated by heat-conducting oil to ensure uniｆorm heating of the mixture. Software optimization has been perｆormed for the heat transfer characteristics of the mixing pot, achieving precise temperature control.
