注意事项
1.检查搅拌叶安装是否正确。摇动摇手柄，检查油浴拌和锅升降是否有卡阻。
2.检查温度和时间控制仪的作用是否准确无误。沥青混合料拌和机经上述工作后，按下电器控制仪上的电源按钮，接通电源，此时电源指示灯应亮，若不亮应重新接通电源。
3.在“时间预置”拨盘上设定拌和时间。如需进行热拌和时，在温度预置拨盘上设定加热温度，按下“加热”按钮。加热过程中，加热指示灯应亮。
4.如进行热拌和，应预先将拌和用料放入烘箱，加热保温等待拌和。如不需进行热拌和，仅在“时间预置”拨盘上设定拌和时间即可。当油浴拌和锅达到设定温度时，沥青混合料拌和机生产厂家质优将拌和用料倒入锅中，先倒入固态物料，后倒入液态物料，拌和用料量不宜太多，以免拌和时溢出锅外。

It is widely used in laboratories of scientific research, construction, and supervision departments within the highway system, serving as an essential mixing machine for preparing asphalt-aggregate mixtures or cement-aggregate mixtures.

Precautions

Check installation: Verify that the mixing blades are installed correctly. Rotate the handwheel to ensure the lifting of the oil-bath mixing pot is unobstructed.
Calibrate controls: Confirm the accuracy of the temperature and time controller. After these checks, press the power button on the electrical control panel to activate the mixer. The power indicator light should illuminate; if not, recheck the power connection.
Set parameters:

For hot mixing: Set the mixing time using the "time preset" dial and the heating temperature using the "temperature preset" dial. Press the "heating" button; the heating indicator light will confirm operation.
Preheat the mixing materials in an oven to the set temperature if hot mixing is required. For cold mixing, only set the mixing time.

Loading materials: When the oil-bath mixing pot reaches the set temperature, pour the materials into the pot (solid materials first, followed by liquid materials). Avoid overfilling to prevent spillage during mixing.
Start mixing: Rotate the handwheel to lift the pot until the mixing blades just touch the materials. Press the "start" button; the start indicator light will illuminate, and the blades will begin rotating. Continue lifting the pot to the upper limit position. If operation is normal, the mixer will run for the preset time. In case of emergencies, press the "stop" button immediately.
