一、产品概述：

该机适用于建筑、公路及质检部门做建材水泥试件干缩试验用。该机根据国家有关对水泥、混凝土及砂浆的干缩试验标准和国家建材研究部门及有关部门提供的技术资料而设计制造的。适用于建筑和建工部门做混凝土试体、砂浆试体、水泥干缩试验及各种试件的养护之用。

本设备是在原基础上，对总体造型及内部结构方面，进行一系列改进，箱体采用压把式封闭，内胆不锈钢（内外全不锈钢可选），内部有加热、制冷、去湿、加湿装置，具有造型美观、控温控湿精度高、经久耐用等一系列优点。砂浆养护箱(1).jpg

三、工作原理与结构：

I. Product Overview

This equipment is applicable to dry shrinkage tests for building material cement specimens in construction, highway, and quality inspection departments. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards for drying shrinkage tests of cement, concrete, and mortar, as well as technical data provided by national building material research institutions and relevant authorities. It is suitable for concrete specimen curing, mortar specimen curing, cement drying shrinkage tests, and general specimen maintenance in construction and building engineering departments.

Based on previous versions, this device has undergone a series of improvements in overall design and internal structure. The chamber features a press-lock type closure, with an optional full stainless steel interior and exterior (standard configuration includes stainless steel lining). Equipped with heating, cooling, dehumidification, and humidification systems, it boasts advantages such as aesthetic design, high precision in temperature and humidity control, and durable perｆormance.

III. Working Principle and Structure

The chamber adopts a three-ｌayer structure (inner, middle, and outer ｌayers). Both the outer shell and inner chamber are welded from stainless steel, with high-quality insulating material filled in the intermediate ｌayer. Shelves are made of high-quality stainless steel tubes, ensuring a sturdy structure, aesthetic appearance, and excellent corrosion resistance. Shelf panels are interchangeable.

The humidification system primarily uses an ultrasonic humidifier. The automatic control system switches between cooling, heating, dehumidification, and humidification functions based on the given temperature and humidity set by the high-precision control instrument. The temperature and humidity inside the chamber are digitally displayed on the instrument, providing intuitive readings and convenient temperature adjustment.
