本系列水泥（砼）恒温恒湿养护箱采用*智能化温湿度控制系统，能准确地指令升温，降温和增湿等功能。进行全自动切换工作，实现箱内温度、湿度的动态平衡，并可安置自动定时打印机和水位传感器。从而提高标准养护条件规定的温湿度的准确度和自动化控制水平、降低能耗、替代现有低档次标准养护箱和企业自建的非标准养护室，实现试件的状态调节和试验的标准环境。

本仪器内胆采用进口不锈钢板，喷雾采用超声波加湿、压缩机制冷、双层真空玻璃门温湿度数显智能仪表，是试验室、质检中心对水泥砼试件养护的理想设备.

I. Overview

Standard curing of cement and concrete is designed in accordance with the requirements for standard curing of concrete specimens as specified in JG3037-1996 (Building Industry Standard) and GB/T 50081-2019 Standard Test Methods for Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete. This equipment is suitable for standard curing of cement and concrete samples in construction sites, scientific research institutions, and quality inspection departments, focusing on strength development, setting time, and consistency tests.

This series of cement/concrete constant temperature and humidity curing chambers adopts an intelligent temperature and humidity control system, which can accurately manage heating, cooling, and humidification functions. It enables full-automatic switching operations to maintain dynamic balance of temperature and humidity inside the chamber. Equipped with an automatic timing printer and water level sensor, it enhances the accuracy and automation level of standard curing conditions, reduces energy consumption, and replaces existing low-grade standard curing chambers and enterprises’ self-built non-standard curing rooms—providing an ideal environment for specimen conditioning and standardized testing.

The inner chamber is made of imported stainless steel. Key features include ultrasonic humidification, compressor cooling, a double-ｌayer vacuum glass door, and an intelligent digital temperature/humidity display instrument. This makes it a preferred device for laboratories and quality inspection centers to cure concrete/cement specimens.
