1、适用于实验室各类样品的消解处理过程，为实验样品中常量及微量元素的分析提供高效优质的样品制备。

2、适用于实验室样品中有机污染物，农药残留含量的萃取分析处理。

3、仪器配件总体要求：能够快速地同批次处理40个食品、药品、保健化妆品、污水沉积物、大气环境、地矿、冶金等相关样品。

4、内罐壁厚均匀，误差不超过0.02mm，保证微波能量场均匀，确保样品充分消解。

5、材质密度为2.17～2.25g/cm3，平均粒径25um,保证微波能量场均匀，确保难溶样品充分均匀消解完全。

6、材料硬度59 N/mm2，拉伸强度，断裂伸长（以0.2薄膜测试）为:40N/mm2和650%，压缩变形量为：9%（15N/mm,2175psi,100小时） ，阻燃性大于95%，介电强度（以0.2薄膜测试）104～105KV/mm,体积电阻系数 1010～1018Ω.cm 等多项安全指标，确保内罐的安全使用。

7、内外壁粗糙度低于Ra 3.12～3.36um,便于清洗，高工作效率，提高内罐使用期限。

8、挥发性有机物析出（目标化合物），在高温使用过程中，无任何其它物质析出，不干扰目标物的消解；

9、产品总重量125±2克，容量55ml±1%,耐温：260℃，表面承压：2200psiMax,升温速率，≤5℃/min
