Target

• FunctionLigand for the GFR-alpha-3-RET receptor complex but can also activate the GFR-alpha-1-RET receptor complex. Supports the survival of sensory ａnd sympathetic peripheral neurons in culture ａnd also supports the survival of dopaminergic neurons of the ventral mid-brain.

  Embyros were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 min at 23°C. After permeabilization with 0.1% Triton X-100, embryos were pre-incubated in 5% BSA for 1 hour before incubation with primary antibody （diluted in PBS with 1% BSA） overnight at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
