  ab37516 staining ADFP in Human THP-1 cells by ICC/IF （Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence）. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilzed with 0.05% saponin ａnd blocked with 1% BSA for 2 hours at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody （1/400 in 1% BSA, PBST） for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor^®568-conjugated goat anti-chicken monoclonal （1/500） was used as the secondary antibody. ADFP was localized on the periphery of small lipid droplets around the cell.
