  Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100, blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C ａnd then incubated with ab39347 at a 1/100 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated chicken anti-rabbit IgG （H+L） used at a 1/1000 dilution.

  Immunofluorescence analysis of U2-OS, staining 5 Lipoxygenase with ab39347.
  
  Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde ａnd blocked with 2% serum for 1 hour at 37°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody （1/200 in 1% FCS in PBS） for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated chicken anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
