单槽浮选机的使用与维护： 单槽浮选机（矿用单槽浮选机）开机应先检查各部位螺栓，停机起动应先手动代轮旋转，以防沉淀物淤积增加电动机负荷，工作时应细心调整闸门高度，使液面保持稳定，随时将矿浆液面上的矿化泡沫刮入流槽。叶轮与定子应保持一定的间距，磨损时应注意更换，泵体内轴承每三个月要保养一次。 机器的维护保养是一项其重要的经常性的工作，它应与其的操作和检修等密切配合，应有职人员进行值班检查。
１、轴承担负机器的全部负荷，所以良好的润滑对轴承寿命有很大的关系，它直接影响到机器的使用寿命和运转率，因而要求注入
的润滑油必须清洁，密封必须良好，本机器的主要注油处：转动轴承、轧辊轴承、所有齿轮、活动轴承、滑动平面。
２、新安装的轮箍容易发生松动必须经常进行检查。
３、注意机器各部位的工作是否正常。
４、注意检查易磨损件的磨损程度，随时注意更换被磨损的零件。
５、放活动装置的底架平面，应出去灰尘等物以免机器遇到不能破碎的物料时活动轴承不能在底架上移动，以致发生严重事故。
６、轴承油温升高，应立即停车检查原因加以消除。
７、转动齿轮在运转时若有冲击声应立即停车检查，并消除。

选机操作顺序
1、按规定接好电源；
2、试开机检查主轴转动方向，须顺时针方向旋转，若不是应调换电源相序，使电机顺时针方向旋转后才可开始工作。
先将矿样与水混合后倒进槽中，启动电机，主轴转动，槽中叶轮即开始搅拌，然后将冷门打开进行充气了，加入所需药剂之后，即可形成泡沫，接通刮板电动机开关使刮板旋转。则泡沫可被刮出槽口，料盒置于工作台上，将刮出的泡沫处理后，即可得到所需矿种。

The foam can be scraped out of the slot，The material box is placed on the worktable, ａnd after the scraped foam is treated, the required mineral species can be obtained。
