TUUMU流量开关LKR10系列介绍

LKR10热式流量开关基于热交换原理设计。探头内置加热模块和热敏模块。加热模块的散热量与被测流体的流量密切相关。当管道内无介质流动时，热路接收到的信号为固定值；当流体介质流经探头时，热路接收到的信号随介质流量而变化。热路将加热模块和热敏模块之间的温差信号转换为电信号，然后处理器将其转换为PNP/NPN/4~20mA继电器的信号输出。

LKR10 themal flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat exchange. Heating module and heat-sensible module are built in the probe. The heat disipation of heaing module is closely reated with the flowrate of measured fluid. If there is no medium flowing in the pipe, the signal received by thermal cirouit is a fixed value; When the fluid medium flows through the probe, the signal received by thermal circuit varies with the flow rate of medium The thermal circuit converts the signal with tempernature diffierence between heating module and heat-sensible module into electrical signal then the processor converts it into the signal output of PNP/NPN/4~20mA relay.
