KUHNKE气缸介绍

黄铜气缸端盖采用实心黄铜机加工而成；气缸管经过珩磨和抛光处理，使用寿命长，运行顺畅。气缸杆采用钢材制成，具有耐腐蚀、可靠且坚固耐用的特性。

孔径范围从 5 毫米到 25 毫米；它们有单作用和双作用两种类型，且均为非磁性产品。标准行程长度为 10 毫米、12.5 毫米、20 毫米、25 毫米、37.5 毫米、40 毫米和 50 毫米。

黄铜气缸分为“U型”或“S型”；这指的是气缸后部的安装方式。共有两种选择。

“U型设计”黄铜锁芯两端均有螺纹，并配有锁紧螺母；连接端口与主锁芯本体呈90°角。

“S 型设计”黄铜气缸只有前端螺纹；前连接口与气缸体呈 90° 角；后连接口与气缸体成一条直线。

密封套件适用于孔径为 12 毫米至 25 毫米的情况，方便设备维护。

Brass cylinder end caps are made from solid machined brass; the cylinder tube is honed and polished, offering long life expectancy and smooth operation. The cylinder rod is steel, making it corrosion-resistant, reliable and highly robust.

Bore sizes range from 5mm to 25mm; they are single or double-acting and all non-magnetic. Standard stroke lengths are 10mm, 12.5mm, 20mm, 25mm, 37.5mm, 40mm and 50mm.

Brass cylinders are available as ‘U or S type’; this refers to the mounting option to the rear of the pneumatic cylinder. There are two options.

‘U type design’ brass cylinders are threaded on both ends and supplied with lock nuts; connection ports are 90° to the main cylinder body.

‘S type design’ brass cylinders are nose threaded only; the front connection port is 90° to the cylinder body; the rear connection port is in line with the cylinder body.

Seal kits are available for bore sizes 12mm to 25mm for easy device maintenance.
