一、工作原理 Working Principle

EnglishThe unit adopts dry electromagnetic induction heating module. Stainless steel heat exchange rings inside disposable tubing serve as heat carrier without water bath medium. Cold blood, crystalloid or colloid fluid is rapidly warmed to physiological temperature while passing through heating zone. Roller peristaltic pump provides stable power to deliver warmed fluid to patient at preset flow rate.The system integrates dual infrared temperature sensors, ultrasonic air bubble detectors, line pressure transducers and safety shut-off valve. It continuously monitors outlet fluid temperature, tubing pressure and air emboli. Once over-temperature, massive air, high pressure or occlusion is detected, the system triggers alarm and halts infusion automatically to prevent air embolism, thermal injury and vascular trauma. Auto priming function supports re-purging without disconnecting patient line. Built-in backup battery maintains pump operation during patient transport (heating function disabled under battery mode).

五、使用方法 Operation Instructions

接通电源，开机自检；确认主机无故障报警；
拆开一次性无菌管路套件，按照图示将管路嵌入泵仓、加热通道，关好泵门；
将管路上游连接液体袋，执行【自动预充】，排尽管路全部空气；
管路远端连接患者静脉通路，设置目标输注流速、压力报警阈值；
按下启动键，系统开始加温输注；持续观察屏幕温度、压力、流量；
出现气泡、超温、高压报警时，系统自动停机，排查故障后方可重启；
需要转运患者时，可拔除交流电源，设备切换电池模式（加热自动关闭）；
输注结束按停止键，断开患者端，拆除一次性管路，按医疗废弃物处置。

Unpack sterile disposable set, load tubing into pump chamber and heating track, close pump door securely;
Connect upstream tubing to fluid container, activate 【Auto Prime】 to fully purge air from circuit;
Connect distal tubing to patient venous access, set target flow rate and pressure alarm limit;
Press start key to initiate warmed infusion; continuously monitor displayed temperature, pressure and flow;
System automatically stops upon air, over-temperature or over-pressure alarm; troubleshoot before restarting;
For patient transport, disconnect AC power; unit switches to battery mode with heating function automatically disabled;
Press stop after completion, disconnect patient line, remove disposable set and dispose as medical waste.

产科大出血、围手术期失血患者加温液体输注；
低体温患者复温支持治疗；
符合规范条件下用于泌尿外科手术术中加温冲洗液输注。⚠️ 不可用于血小板、冷沉淀、粒细胞悬液加温输注。

七、禁忌症 Contraindications

八、注意事项 Precautions

操作人员必须接受本设备专项规范化培训，熟悉报警处置流程；
一次性管路套件单人单次使用，禁止清洗、重复使用；管路破损立即更换；
严禁将乳酸林格氏液、葡萄糖溶液、低渗盐水直接与红细胞混合输注；遵循输血规范；
电池转运模式下加热功能关闭，长时间转运避免持续输注低温液体；
管路不得弯折、挤压，防止堵管触发高压报警；
定期核查静脉通路通畅性，警惕外渗造成局部组织损伤；
出现空气报警必须完整排查整条管路，确认无残留气泡后方可重启；
定期执行设备预防性维护，严禁私自拆解主机硬件；
远离强电磁干扰环境，避免影响温度、气泡传感器精度。

Prevent tubing kinking or compression which may trigger occlusion high-pressure alarm;
Regularly verify venous patency to watch for extravasation and local tissue injury;
Once air alarm activates, inspect full fluid circuit thoroughly and confirm no residual air before restarting;
Perｆorm scheduled preventive maintenance; unauthorized disassembly of main unit is forbidden;
Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference to guarantee accuracy of temperature and air sensors.
