一、工作原理（Working Principle）

米尔肺功能仪采用双向数字涡轮流量传感器（FlowMIR?），通过涡轮旋转切割红外光束，将气流流速 / 流量转换为电信号，经内置温度 / 气压传感器自动 BTPS 校正（体温、气压、水汽饱和），积分运算得出肺活量、用力呼气量等容量参数。设备支持一次性预校准涡轮（免日常定标）或可重复使用金属涡轮（消毒后复用），数据可通过 USB / 蓝牙传输至 MIR Spiro 软件，实时生成流速容量环与质控报告。

The MIR spirometer adopts a bidirectional digital turbine flow sensor (FlowMIR?). The turbine rotates to block infrared light, converting airflow velocity/volume into electrical signals. Integrated temperature/barometric sensors perｆorm automatic BTPS correction (body temperature, barometric pressure, water vapor saturation), and integral calculation generates volume parameters such as FVC and FEV1. The device supports disposable pre-calibrated turbines (no daily calibration needed) or reusable ｍmbedl turbines (disinfectable for reuse). Data can be transmitted via USB/Bluetooth to MIR Spiro software for real-time flow-volume loop generation and QC reporting.
