一、工作原理（Working Principle）

TONOREF III 是集自动验光、角膜曲率测量、非接触式眼压测量及角膜测厚于一体的多功能眼科检查设备。
验光（Refraction）：采用大瞳孔区成像法，通过红外光源与高灵敏度 CCD，同时测量瞳孔中央（3.5mm）与周边（最大 6mm）的屈光力。内置自动雾视系统，先矫正散光再放松调节，确保测量。
角膜曲率（Keratometry）：运用双迈尔环（Placido）投射技术，向角膜投射两个不同直径（3.3mm / 2.5mm）的环形光带，通过分析反射图像计算角膜曲率半径与屈光力，减少眼睑干扰。
眼压（Tonometry）：非接触式气脉冲原理。设备向角膜发射气流，使角膜表面形变，通过光学系统检测形变时间与程度，换算为眼压值。并根据角膜厚度自动补偿校正眼压NIDEK。
角膜测厚（Pachymetry）：利用红外光镜面反射原理，测量红外光在角膜前、后表面的反射波时差，精确计算中央角膜厚度。

TONOREF III is an integrated multi-functional ophthalmic instrument combining auto-refraction, keratometry, non-contact tonometry, and pachymetry.
Refraction: Adopts the Large Pupil Zone Imaging with an infrared light source and high-sensitivity CCD, measuring refractive power in both the central (3.5mm) and peripheral (up to 6mm) pupil areas simultaneously. An integrated auto-fogging system corrects astigmatism first to minimize accommodation.
Keratometry: Uses the Double Mire Ring (Placido) technology, projecting two concentric rings (3.3mm / 2.5mm) onto the cornea. Corneal curvature and refractive power are calculated by analyzing reflected images, reducing eyelid interference.
Tonometry: Based on non-contact air-puff technology. A precise air pulse deｆorms the cornea; optical sensors measure the time and degree of deｆormation to calculate IOP. It automatically provides a corrected IOP based on corneal thicknessNIDEK.
Pachymetry: Utilizes infrared specular reflection to measure the time difference of reflected waves from the anterior and posterior corneal surfaces for accurate central corneal thickness measurement.
