一、工作原理(Working Principle)

KR-1采用拓普康旋转棱镜测量系统（Rotary Prism Measuring System），结合近红外光（SLD）自动追踪与成像分析技术，同步完成眼屈光和角膜曲率测量。
屈光测量原理：向视网膜投射近红外光，光线经眼屈光介质反射后由CCD相机接收。内置计算机分析反射光斑形态，通过算法计算出球镜度、柱镜度及散光轴位。
角膜曲率测量原理：向角膜投射环形测量光标，反射的角膜像被CCD捕捉。系统分析圆环的变形程度，计算出角膜曲率半径、角膜屈光力、角膜散光及轴位。
全自动追踪：设备具备上下、左右、前后三维自动追踪与对焦功能，可锁定小至2.0mm的瞳孔，自动完成测量。

The KR-1 employs Topcon's Rotary Prism Measuring System and near-infrared (SLD) auto-tracking & imaging analysis to simultaneously measure refractive error and corneal curvature.
Refraction Principle: Projects near-infrared light onto the retina. The reflected light is captured by a CCD camera. The internal computer analyzes the pattern to calculate sphere, cylinder, and axis.
Keratometry Principle: Projects ring-shaped targets onto the cornea. Reflected images are analyzed to determine corneal radius, power, corneal astigmatism, and axis.
Auto-Tracking: 3D auto-tracking & focusing locks onto pupils as small as 2.0mm for fully automatic measurement.

五、使用方法(Operation Method)

开机准备
连接电源，开机自检；清洁额托、下颌托，更换一次性垫纸。
调节触摸屏至舒适角度。
患者摘除眼镜/隐形眼镜，静坐放松5~10分钟。
患者就位
坐正，下颌放托、前额贴紧，调整高度使外眼角对齐眼高标记。
指导患者自然睁眼，注视设备内固视灯。
测量操作
选择测量模式：屈光+角膜曲率、单屈光、单角膜。
点击屏幕上瞳孔中心，设备自动追踪、对焦、测量Topcon Healthcare。
系统自动完成右眼→左眼切换与测量。
每眼测量3~5次，取平均值。
