一、工作原理（Working Principle）

YAG 模式（YC-200 / YC-200 S plus）
设备采用调 Q 开关 Nd:YAG 激光，发射波长 1064nm 的脉冲激光。当激光束聚焦于靶点，能量密度超过阈值时形成等离子体，等离子体瞬间膨胀与发热产生冲击波，破坏焦点处的眼部薄膜组织（如后囊膜、虹膜）。等离子体可吸收散射光线，保护焦点后方组织。
配备 635nm 红色半导体激光瞄准束，与 YAG 激光同轴，双点重合处即为治疗靶点。
SLT 模式（仅 YC-200 S plus）
通过波长转换装置将 1064nm YAG 激光倍频为 532nm 绿色激光（选择性激光小梁成形术 SLT），作用于眼内小梁网组织，选择性光刺激改善房水排出，降低眼压。

The device uses a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser emitting 1064nm pulsed laser. When focused, energy density exceeding the threshold ｆorms plasma; sudden expansion generates shock waves to disrupt target tissues (e.g., posterior capsule, iris). Plasma absorbs/scatters light to protect posterior tissues.
A 635nm red diode laser aiming beam is coaxial with YAG beam; dual-point coincidence marks the target.
SLT Mode (YC-200 S plus only)
Converts 1064nm YAG laser to 532nm green laser via frequency doubling for Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT), stimulating trabecular meshwork to improve aqueous outflow and lower intraocular pressure.
