该产品配套一次性使用自体血回收套件（9108508、9108498、9108898、9108888）和自体血回收机耗材（ATS吸管、ATR120储血管、AT1自身输血套件），临床适用于无菌环境下，将术中、术后或创伤后的患者引流血经抗凝后收集于无菌储血罐，通过连续洗涤去除血浆和非红细胞成分，采集压积红细胞，并转存至回输袋内用于回输。
一、工作原理（Working Principle）

血液回收与抗凝：通过术野吸引管路将失血吸入储血器，同步加入抗凝剂（如肝素），经 40µm/120µm 微滤器去除微小凝块与组织碎屑。
连续流分离洗涤：血液进入螺旋通道洗涤室，在离心力作用下实现连续分离：红细胞因密度大被甩至外侧，血浆、血小板、肝素、钾离子、白蛋白等水溶性杂质随洗涤液（生理盐水）被冲至废液袋；非乳化脂肪被高效清除。
PRC 监测与回输：内置PRC 传感器实时监测洗涤室红细胞界面，当浓缩红细胞（PRC）达约 30mL 时自动泵入回输袋，按需暂停回输。
闭环控制：超声 HCT 传感器在线监测进出液 HCT，自动调节血液与洗涤液流速，优化洗涤效率与红细胞回收率。

五、使用方法（Usage Instructions）

术前准备
开机自检，连接电源与吸引源（墙式负压 / 内置真空泵），安装 AT3/AT1 专用耗材并预充生理盐水。
设定洗涤程序（低容量 / 智能 / 紧急），开启 Auto-start（按需）。
术中回收
连接术野吸引管与储血器，同步输注抗凝剂，维持回路负压≤100mmHg（紧急情况≤300mmHg）。
血液自动进入洗涤室连续分离洗涤，废液排入废液袋。
PRC 回输
当 PRC 传感器检测回输袋达到目标量（≥30mL）时，按需启动回输，使用微栓滤器（20–40µm）进行回输。
结束与收尾
停止吸引，完成剩余 PRC 回输，按医疗废物规范处置耗材。
清洁机身，断开电源与管路，记录治疗数据。

八、注意事项（Precautions）

专用耗材：必须使用 AT3/AT1 原装套装，严禁混用其他品牌，否则影响效果并存在安全风险。
抗凝监测：肝素化患者需监测活化凝血时间（ACT），避免抗凝不足导致回路凝血或过量增加出血风险。
回输安全：必须使用20–40µm 微栓滤器回输，严禁加压回输，防止空气栓塞。
血液时效：术中回收洗涤后应4 小时内回输；若 4℃冷藏，需24 小时内回输；术后回收血需6 小时内回输。
成分补充：洗涤后 PRC 基本丢失血小板、凝血因子与血浆蛋白，需根据实验室结果补充对应成分。
负压控制：术野吸引负压≤100mmHg，避免过高负压导致红细胞机械损伤（溶血）。
电磁兼容：与电刀、射频 / 微波消融设备保持安全距离（800MHz 以下≥1.2m；800–2500MHz≥2.3m），防止误动作。
生物安全：全封闭回路，一人一套一次性使用，按感染性医疗废物处置。
维护保养：至少每年或 100 小时进行一次专业维护；清洁时断电，使用中性清洁剂，避免传感器污染。
