工作原理
Working Principle
中文EPOC Reader 采用微流控芯片干式电化学传感技术，将全血样本加入一次性测试卡后，通过卡内微通道自动分配至 pH、PO₂、PCO₂、电解质、代谢物等传感工作电极。在恒定电位下，各分析物发生特异性氧化还原反应，产生与浓度成正比的电流信号。仪器采集电信号并经算法校准，实时计算并显示各项血气、电解质、代谢指标结果，实现床旁快速检测。

四、使用方法

取出一次性测试卡，检查包装完好、无破损、在有效期内。
采集新鲜动脉 / 静脉 / 毛细血管全血样本。
将样本加入测试卡加样区。
将测试卡插入仪器卡槽，仪器自动识别并启动检测。
约 60 秒后自动显示完整检测结果。
可查看、打印、传输或存储数据。
检测完成后取出并丢弃测试卡，清洁仪器表面。

样本凝固、污染、放置超时禁止检测。

极端环境温度超出工作范围禁止开机检测。
结果不可单独作为最终诊断依据，必须结合临床。
