插入一次性专用测试卡（含预包被激活剂/ 试剂），仪器自动预热至 37℃±1.0℃。
加入新鲜/ 枸橼酸化全血，仪器自动吸取 15µL 样本进入测试通道，多余样本进入废液腔。
样本与试剂自动混匀，在通道内往复流动，由LED 光学检测器实时监测流动速度。
