结构及组成/主要组成成分 产品由心电采集盒，心电导联线和测试软件（发布版本3.20）组成，包括固定导联线和可更换导联线两种类型。
适用范围/预期用途 该产品供医疗机构用于运动负荷或静息状态下成人和儿科患者心电图的采集、记录、存储、处理和输出。
肺功能检查是一种物理检查方法，通过检测可以早期诊断肺、气道病变，鉴别呼吸困难的原因，评估病情严重程度、预后及手术的耐受力，评定药物或其它治疗方法的疗效，对临床诊断治疗有积极的意义。仪器敏感度高、操作简单,对身体无任何损伤，苦和不适，病员容易接受,经过治疗后还可做复查评判治疗效果。
肺功能检测适应症
内科：
1、根据《中华医学会呼吸病分会慢性阻塞性肺部疾病诊断治疗指南要求》,肺功能检测是诊断本病主要标准；
2、呼吸功能的评价，确诊肺功能损伤的性质与程度，明确其呼吸功能是否减损、减损程度、减损类型等；
3、“慢性阻塞性肺疾病”“哮喘” 的确诊，明确“慢性阻塞性肺疾病”的严重程度，并依据疾病严重程度制进行分级和制定相应的治疗方案；
4、胸闷呼吸困难或连续咳嗽或长期有痰多达几周；
5、怀疑有支气管, 肺脏, 心脏, 胸部或脊椎等疾病；
6、运动能力减退或静息时呼吸困难。
外科：
1、外科手术前肺功能评估，麻醉中危险度的评定，规避手术风险；
2、手术(尤为胸腹部)后肺部并发症危险度的评估，对承受肺组织切除能力的预测。
其他:
1、职业病伤残等的评估及劳动能力的鉴定；
2、健康查体呼吸功能评估。
肺功能检测禁忌症
1、肺功能检测的绝对禁忌症：严重低氧血症者；气胸、气胸愈合1个月内的；不稳定性心绞痛、心肌梗死1个月内的、高血压危象、顽固性高血压的；近1个月内患脑卒中、行眼睛、胸腔、腹腔手术的；二周内有咯血史、消化道出血的；行内镜检查及活检当日的患者；有活动性呼吸道传染病、感染病的；有习惯性流产的孕妇；已确诊胸腔动脉瘤、主动脉瘤、脑动脉瘤未行有效治疗的。
2、肺功能检测的相对禁忌症：张力性肺大泡的；严重心血管病患者；颞颌关节易脱臼的；严重疝气、痔疮、重度子宫脱垂者； 中晚期妊娠妇女； 插胃管者；气管切开者；鼓膜穿孔者；偏瘫、面瘫、脑瘫、智障、部分老年患者和重症肌无力者；明显胸痛、腹痛、面、头痛者；剧咳、压力性尿失禁者；
3、支气管扩张剂 :（硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂）过敏者禁做支气管扩张过敏试验。
4、有些项目 :（肺通气功能、支气管扩张试验）可能会引起一些不良反应和意外的发生，包括：咳嗽、胸闷、气急、喘息、心悸、轻微手颤、声嘶、咽痛、头晕、头痛、面红等，绝大多数不良反应一般可经药物治疗或休息后自行缓解。
注意事项
1、支气管舒张试验请在检查前停止喘类药物（茶碱类、β2激动剂、抗胆碱药、抗过敏药物、吸入糖皮质激素应停药12小时，口服糖皮质激素、抗组胺药物应停药48小时，输液中药类应停72小时）。
2、检查当日可以正常进食早餐。
