肺功能检查常用项目简介
肺通气功能检查
肺通气功能是指单位时间随呼吸运动进出肺的气体容积，与呼吸幅度、用力大小有关，能较好的反映肺通气能力，是一系列肺功能检查中最基本的初检例项。
临床用途：①判断通气功能障碍类型及程度，协助诊断临床疾病。②进行劳动能力鉴定。③疾病治疗疗效评价。
支气管激发试验
支气管激发试验是通过吸入某些刺激物了解支气管缩窄或舒张程度的检查，是诊断哮喘的重要检查方法之一。
支气管舒张试验
支气管舒张试验是了解患者吸入支气管扩张剂前后肺功能变化的检查，临床上主要用于诊断支气管哮喘、急性或慢性支气管炎及慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）等。
注意事项：
为避免舒张药物对试验结果的影响，激发或舒张试验前应停用吸入性短效b2受体兴奋剂或抗胆碱能药4～6小时、口服短效b2受体兴奋剂或茶碱8小时、或缓释型12～24小时以上。
弥散功能检查
是了解肺气体交换能力的检查。对肺间质性疾病如肺纤维化、间质性肺炎、肺水肿、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等疾病的诊断和治疗评估有重要价值。
弥散功能测定是诊断肺换气功能不全的“金指标”，特别适用于肺间质性疾病及肺实质病变的诊断。
