一、主要用途

二、使用方法
温度准备：使用前将 UW 液预冷至2–6℃，不可冷冻。
离体灌洗：器官切取后，立即经动脉（如肾动脉、肝动脉） 快速、充分灌注 UW 液，冲净器官内血液，直至器官表面苍白、静脉流出液清亮。
供肝：主动脉原位灌注3–4 L，门静脉灌注1–2 L。
供肾 / 胰腺：根据器官大小调整灌注量，确保微循环充分灌洗。
低温保存：灌洗完成后，将器官置于 **0–4℃** 的 UW 液中浸泡保存，全程低温冷链运输。
保存时限：肝脏≤24 小时，肾脏、胰腺≤24–36 小时，超时会显著增加移植后功能障碍风险。
移植前处理：器官植入受体前，必须用生理盐水或林格液冲洗，清除残留 UW 液，避免高钾入血引发心脏骤停。
三、注意事项
高钾风险（最关键）：UW 液含高浓度钾离子，若残留进入受体循环，可致高钾血症、心动过缓、心脏骤停。严禁直接静脉输注，移植前必须充分冲洗器官。
灌洗与保存要求
灌洗需快速、足量、压力适中，避免灌洗不足致微循环障碍，或压力过高损伤血管内皮。
溶液不可冷冻，出现浑浊、沉淀、变色、污染时严禁使用。
为一次性使用，严禁复用，防止交叉感染。
成分相关问题
