我国科技产业发展速度在不断加快，现代化的工业技术也越来越多，工业制造过程中所面临的问题也越来越多，尤其是能源需求问题，更是呈现了多样性以及复杂性。工业设备运行过程中，会产生大量的能源消耗，且散热量也会随着设备运行时间的推移而增加。为了使工业设备时刻保持良好的运行状态，就必须要大量的冷却水来对设备进行降温散热，这就给设备的循环冷却水系统提出了更高的要求。
常规的冷冻水循环系统是经冷水机组制冷后送到生产用水点，之后再回到冷水机组制冷完成系统闭式循环，但是当系统用水量变化大时，这个系统会导致冷水机组不能正常运行。多年工业项目服务经验积累，我们设计了针对冷冻水需求量变化大这一特点的。
在双循环系统中，配置了一个蓄水的冷冻水箱，水箱分隔成高、低温区，系统分为外循环系统和内循环系统。外循环系统主要包含用水点、工艺冷冻水输送泵、冷冻水箱，工艺输送泵从冷冻水箱低温区抽水送到用水点，对其冷却后再回到水箱高温区。其中工艺输送泵采用自动控制,运行更加安全、节能。
产品特点
1、QX-A系列风冷工业冷水机压缩机采用松下、谷轮等品牌涡漩压缩机，质量可靠、高效节能；
2、产品针对工业应用特点设计，内置不锈钢水泵及不锈钢水箱，使用为方便；
3、外转子大风量轴流风扇，金属扇叶坚固可靠，不变形及老化，更适应工业的高负荷应用；
4、多风扇设计，更能适应低温运行；在低环境温度下通过自动控制风扇启停，能使机组在更低的环境温度下运行，并且有更好的节能效果；
5、微电脑LED数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节冻水温度及压缩机延时保护功能；选用品牌接触器、继电器等电器元件；
6、配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
7、多压缩机设计能适应不同负荷的要求，压缩机能大限度在满负荷下运行，减少开停机次数，有效延长压缩机的使用寿命并更使机组更高效地运行；
8、独有的模块式设计，每台压缩机的系统完全独立，即使一个系统出现问题，亦不会影响其它系统的正常工作；
9、机组冷量 10kw至70kw ,冷冻水出水由2至30℃。
二、可选项
1、耐腐蚀蒸发器（钛/SS316L）机组可直接通入带腐蚀性的液体进行冷却；
2、高扬程水泵；
3、低出水温度，通过特殊设计出水温度可低至-25℃；
4、低环境温度下运行；（低至-18℃的环境温度）
5、多压缩机／水泵系统作一用一备设计（提高可靠性）。
