随着新能源汽车越来越多，因此对于电动汽车充电需求来说当然是越快越好，但是随着充电速度加快，电流和电压也会直线增高，这就导致了充电桩电感模块功率增大。电感模块、电源模块等元件热量快速且大量地产生，需要对其采取冷却装置进行散热。
相比于其他电源，充电桩的系统散热量要大的多，对系统热设计要求为严格直流充电桩的功率范围在30KW、60KW和120KW，效率普遍在95％左右，那么其中5％就转化为热损耗，其热损耗将是1.5KW、3KW和6KW。对于户外设备，这些热量必然要排出设备之外，否则将会加速设备的老化，同时需要做好防水防尘的处理，以防出现电子设备短路和信号紊乱的情况。
新能源车充电桩在给新能源车充电时，由于充电桩会发热，所以需要对充电桩进行冷却，这样充电桩才可以连续工作。对充电桩中的电子器件进行水冷时，其水冷结构的布置的合理性直接影响电子器件的冷却效果，从而影响充电桩的使用寿命。具体针对不同的电子器件采用不同的冷却方式，使得冷却效果好，增加了充电桩的使用寿命。

5、水泵精选意大利、台湾大流量高扬程水泵，使用安全超静，省电耐用．机体外壳用静电粉体涂料烤漆，美观大方．装有不锈钢水箱，清洗方便快捷．水箱内含有浮球自动补水装置，可用来测量并控制水位，从而有效地为客户节省时间并提高工作效率.
风冷式冷水机，在它机身内含有保温水箱和水泵，无需再另加冷却水塔来散热。安装和移动非常方便。但是它对工作环境要求较高，先，因为它是以热风循环来制冷的，所以，如果安装车间的通风效果不好的话，会直接影响到冷水机的制冷效果。
