随着新能源汽车越来越多，因此对于电动汽车充电需求来说当然是越快越好，但是随着充电速度加快，电流和电压也会直线增高，这就导致了充电桩电感模块功率增大。电感模块、电源模块等元件热量快速且大量地产生，需要对其采取冷却装置进行散热。
相比于其他电源，充电桩的系统散热量要大的多，对系统热设计要求为严格直流充电桩的功率范围在30KW、60KW和120KW，效率普遍在95％左右，那么其中5％就转化为热损耗，其热损耗将是1.5KW、3KW和6KW。对于户外设备，这些热量必然要排出设备之外，否则将会加速设备的老化，同时需要做好防水防尘的处理，以防出现电子设备短路和信号紊乱的情况。
新能源车充电桩在给新能源车充电时，由于充电桩会发热，所以需要对充电桩进行冷却，这样充电桩才可以连续工作。对充电桩中的电子器件进行水冷时，其水冷结构的布置的合理性直接影响电子器件的冷却效果，从而影响充电桩的使用寿命。具体针对不同的电子器件采用不同的冷却方式，使得冷却效果好，增加了充电桩的使用寿命。

4、多风扇设计，更能适应低温运行；在低环境温度下通过自动控制风扇启停，能使机组在更低的环境温度下运行，并且有更好的节能效果；
5、微电脑LED数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节冻水温度及压缩机延时保护功能；选用品牌接触器、继电器等电器元件；
6、配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
7、多压缩机设计能适应不同负荷的要求，压缩机能大限度在满负荷下运行，减少开停机次数，有效延长压缩机的使用寿命并更使机组更高效地运行；
8、独有的模块式设计，每台压缩机的系统完全独立，即使一个系统出现问题，亦不会影响其它系统的正常工作；
9、机组冷量 2.93kw至70kw ,冷冻水出水由5至30℃。
可选项
1、耐腐蚀蒸发器（钛/SS316L）机组可直接通入带腐蚀性的液体进行冷却；
2、高扬程水泵；
3、低出水温度，通过特殊设计出水温度可低至-25℃；
4、低环境温度下运行；（低至-18℃的环境温度）
5、多压缩机／水泵系统作一用一备设计（提高可靠性）。
