防爆冷油机各组件均按防爆标准制造，防爆主要控制器根据GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电设备隔爆型“d”》和GB3836.3-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备增安型“e”》的规定而设计制造，能够满足特殊环境要求。
防爆冷油机组是在标准型冷油机组的基础上，为防止电气设备引起周围爆炸性气体环境引燃而采取的特定的防爆措施，主要应用与易燃易爆等特种场所、生产的功率从3HP-200HP不等。防爆等为：EXdmibⅡBT4，机型大小规格可按客户要求定做。
防爆冷油机特点解析
1、防爆冷油机根据结构形式可做为一体式和分体式，根据散热功能可分为风冷型和水冷型；
2、防爆冷油机是我厂在普通冷油机基础上进行的防爆处理而成，防爆性能可靠，且对原冷油机性能无任何影响；
3、防爆冷油机的油泵、冷凝风机、电箱、压缩机进行特殊防爆处理；
4、防爆冷油机对内部电气控制部分重新设计成独立的防爆控制箱；
风冷式防爆冷油机介绍
1. 结构紧凑，运转平稳：机组的冷凝器、蒸发器均采用高效传热管，主机选用原装高效的全封闭涡旋式压缩机，具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、 安装位置小等诸多优点。全封闭涡旋式压缩机运动部件少，压缩机采用柔性压缩机，能效比高，低噪音，运行成本低，可自动卸载降压没有直接磨损，稳定性高。由于是连续压缩机无脉动的，因此机组具有性能稳定、噪音低、振动小、运行平稳的特点。比往复式压缩机效率提高20%—30%；
2. 完善的能量控制系统：根据负荷变化自运调节机组启停，更加节能。运行时，电脑控制系统会依据客户端热负荷变化来改变机组的能量输出。微电脑通过温度探测的实际负荷与用户的设定之差异迅速判断到所需的能量。 并且在多台系统中，以稳定冷量输出时电能消耗的优化方式工作，不但全负荷时体现出优异的性能， 即使在部分负荷时也有很高的运行效率；
3.操作简便直观：机组采用微电脑程序控制器（中文显示/数码管显示），按照屏幕上/面板上的提示菜单选择操作，直接用手指轻触按钮即可启动机组。面板可随时显示机组的运行状态，并且可以文字表格参数的方式显示，一目了然；
4. 微电脑控制器的保护功能：具有压缩机线圈电流过高的保护、油泵电流过高、冷油流量开关、压缩机过载保护、电压异常保护、高低压保护等保护功能；
5. 多重保护，稳定运行：机组除了压缩机内部保护模块提供超欠压、缺相、过载等功能保护压缩机之外，制冷系统的压力控制等装置能使机组工作稳定性；
6. 优化配置：制冷效率高移动方便，尽可能的减少噪音，满足环保要求(无需装配冷却水塔水泵）；
7. 便于安装：机组在工厂内已完成全部的部件安装，运行测试，并已加注制冷剂，用户只需油路及电路连结即可投入使用，减少了安装及调试时间。
