防爆冷油机各组件均按防爆标准制造，防爆主要控制器根据GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电设备隔爆型“d”》和GB3836.3-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备增安型“e”》的规定而设计制造，能够满足特殊环境要求。
防爆冷油机组是在标准型冷油机组的基础上，为防止电气设备引起周围爆炸性气体环境引燃而采取的特定的防爆措施，主要应用与易燃易爆等特种场所、生产的功率从3HP-200HP不等。防爆等为：EXdmibⅡBT4，机型大小规格可按客户要求定做。
防爆冷油机特点解析
1、防爆冷油机根据结构形式可做为一体式和分体式，根据散热功能可分为风冷型和水冷型；
2、防爆冷油机是我厂在普通冷油机基础上进行的防爆处理而成，防爆性能可靠，且对原冷油机性能无任何影响；
3、防爆冷油机的油泵、冷凝风机、电箱、压缩机进行特殊防爆处理；
4、防爆冷油机对内部电气控制部分重新设计成独立的防爆控制箱；
防爆冷油机标准配置
1、采用进口品牌压缩机，动力强劲，能效比高
2、采用亲油铝箔翅片式冷凝器，散热快，无需额外冷却设备
3、标配盘管蒸发器（可选壳管式、板式蒸发器)，运行更稳定，换热效率更高，故障率低
4、标配保温油箱（可不配油箱），人工动补油
5、标配大流量、高效率循环油泵
6、标配高效外转子离心风机，风量大，散热效果好
7、标配室外防水电箱，保证机组安全无忧
8、温控范围15-35度可调
9、采用品牌原装控制器，全自动温控系统，全中文显示，显示温度准确到1℃
10、安全保护齐全：相序保护、欠压保护、超温保护、防冻保护、缺油保护、过电流保护、高低压保护等
11、机组全天24小时不停机运行设计
防爆冷油机选配装置
1、可选高扬程或者不锈钢油泵，满足不同流量用油需求
2、可选多路冷冻油进出管口，多可选8进8出
3、可选远程监控功能，MODBUS485通讯协议，轻松实现远程操作
4、可选不同制冷剂：R22、R134a、R407c、R404a
5、可选多种换热器：304#不锈钢材料、钛管防腐材料、316L防腐材料、PE等化工材料
6、可选机型：低温型、分体型、防爆型、恒温型、冷热一体型
7、可选其他特殊电压或者频率的制冷机组，达到CE欧盟标准
8、可选远程控制开关或单独外置电箱
