防爆冷油机各组件均按防爆标准制造，防爆主要控制器根据GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电设备隔爆型“d”》和GB3836.3-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备增安型“e”》的规定而设计制造，能够满足特殊环境要求。
防爆冷油机组是在标准型冷油机组的基础上，为防止电气设备引起周围爆炸性气体环境引燃而采取的特定的防爆措施，主要应用与易燃易爆等特种场所、生产的功率从3HP-200HP不等。防爆等为：EXdmibⅡBT4，机型大小规格可按客户要求定做。
防爆冷油机特点解析
1、防爆冷油机根据结构形式可做为一体式和分体式，根据散热功能可分为风冷型和水冷型；
2、防爆冷油机是我厂在普通冷油机基础上进行的防爆处理而成，防爆性能可靠，且对原冷油机性能无任何影响；
3、防爆冷油机的油泵、冷凝风机、电箱、压缩机进行特殊防爆处理；
4、防爆冷油机对内部电气控制部分重新设计成独立的防爆控制箱；
风冷式防爆冷油机介绍
防爆冷油机组采用先进的微电脑智能化控制系统，准确控制工业生产过程所需的各种温度（10℃～35℃）。不仅调控温度全面实现人机界面功能且保证机组控温精度高达±1℃。对于其他温度范围可按要求定制。
1、制冷压缩机选用欧美日优质品牌压缩机，内置安全保护、低噪音、省电耐用。其他主要的制冷配件和控制元件均采用品牌配件，不仅保证机组性能的充分发挥，同时确保机组具有较长的使用寿命。
2、配有精密电子温度控制器，准确控制油温（或其他介质），常规温度范围10～35℃，控制精度±1℃
3、机组采用高低压控制保护器。
4、选优质油泵，膨胀阀（毛细管）、干燥过滤器等部件匀采用美国艾默生品牌，稳定耐用。
5、内置压缩机超负载保护、冷油泵超负载保护、系统高低压力异常保护、开机延时保护、逆相、缺相、过欠压保护等保护装置，确保机组安全可靠运行。
6、蒸发器可根据不同用途选择如（油箱盘管式、不锈钢板式、壳管式、）。
7、风冷式冷凝器采用蜂窝铝翅片串高效纹紫铜管配合高效轴流式风机，换热效果非常好。
8、静电喷涂外壳欧化设计，美观大方，外表板采用快捷拆装形式，方便使用和维护。
