波峰焊是将熔融的液态焊料，借助于泵的作用，在焊料槽液面形成特定形状的焊料波，插装了元器件的pcb板置于传送链上，经过某特定的角度以一定的浸入深度穿过焊料波峰而实现焊点焊接的过程。此过程是在波峰炉中进行的，pcb板经过波峰炉后必需尽快降温，尤其是pcb板上的电气元器件对焊接后的降温速度有一定的要求时，而现有的冷却装置仅仅为一个或一组散热扇，降温速度不够快，达不到pcb板上某些电气元器件对焊接后降温速度的要求。
使用过无铅波峰焊的人应该都知道，无铅波峰焊的应用会产生大量的热量，而这些热量的存在是需要及时的散去的，所以在无铅波峰焊设备当中，通常会安装一些冷却装置，主要在使用之后起到一定的散热作用。当然，除了散热之外，也可以防止焊点冷却疑固时间过长造成焊点结晶颗粒长大，在无铅波峰焊中添加冷气机冷却装置，也可以使焊点快速降温，让焊点迅速成形。
冷却系统是整机内的第四道工序，其作用是经运输送到的电路板经过焊接后高温回损坏电子元器件，需进行快速冷却，确保焊点的共晶效果。
风冷式冷风机
1、优化外型，比同类产品体积更小、功能更全、易于操作的控制面板使用更方便。
2、压缩机采用谷轮，松下，美优乐等品牌压缩机，质量可靠、高效节能；
3、配合热力膨胀阀（毛细管）、干燥过滤器、高低压力开关等制冷元件，能有效发挥压缩机的制冷性能及保护压缩机安全可靠运行；
4、产品针对工业应用特点设计，内置循环冷冻送风机无需外置吸风机，使用为方便；可定做不锈钢风机壳和扇叶，有效防止生锈；
5、冷凝器采用铜管穿铝翅片，进风口设有可清洗空气过滤器，预防因冷凝器脏堵而出现的各种问题，如：压力过高，机组制冷能力下降、耗电量增加、压缩机使用寿命缩短等问题；
6、外转子大风量轴流散热风扇，金属扇叶坚固可靠，不变形及老化，更适应工业的高负荷应用；
7、微电脑数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节出风温度及压缩机延时保护功能；
8、进口选用接触器、继电器等电器元件；配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
9、机组冷量范围由5.4kw至168kw(1,1548-12,900KCAL/H),冷冻出风温度范围由5至30℃。
