冷风机的种类
冷风机的种类很多，从大类上分，可以分为家用、工用（工厂使用和工业用途）。工业冷风机的针对性比较强，主要用途为工业加工过程中局部冷却。冷风温度可低至-35℃左右。控制工业生产过程所需的各种温度。
★这种可以产生低温冷气的制冷设备，广泛适用于光电科技、塑料、电子产品、机器设备等的冷却。通过快速冷却可以大大缩短作业循环时间，从而提高生产效率和产品的质量。
★工业冷风机送风口可按客户要求制作，有适合各种机械设备配套之机型，可按客户要求特别制造；使用时，应注意尽量缩短送风管的长管，避免过大的冷量损失浪费。
★另外，工业冷风机一般采用全自动数显式微电脑控制，具有高压、低压、温度超高、超低等多种保护功能。确保工业冷风机机组高效稳定运行。
★与家用机子大的不同就是功率上的区别，家用的一般不会要求太低的温度，所以在设置上并不十分。但要在工业上使用则完全不同，有时候一点点误差就会导致较严重的后果，所以在设计上要更加严谨。
风冷式冷风机经过科学设计，精心制造，严格品管，因此具有外表美观、体积小、性能优异、质量稳定、价格合理等优势。风冷式冷风机具有上吹风和侧吹风两种机型（具体出风口位置可根据用户要求以及用户使用产品的具体要求而定），处理风量从200m3h~3800m3/h，风压达200Pa~2000Pa（可根据客户要求定制），冷风出风温度可控制在-30~+20度，基本上可以满足各类机型的需求。
风冷式冷风机有以下特点：
1、风冷式冷风机风机选用优质风机，并且经过科学选型，以及采用电脑选型软件，因此风机效率高，噪音低，性能稳定，可保证风量和压头，风机轴承采用锂基润滑脂，常规长期运行不用添加润滑油；
2、风冷式冷风机采用风冷式冷凝器，换热器采用铜管套铝翅片，铜管为等边叉排布置，铝翅片为双曲波纹形，管孔经二次翻边，通过机械涨管，是铜管和翅片紧密接触，因此具有传热好，空气阻力小，易于清洁的优点。配合优质的冷凝风扇，风量大、噪音小。而且风冷式冷凝器使用起来方便，不需要另外配置冷却水塔；
3、风冷式冷风机结构采用组合式钣金结构，方便维修以及内部清理，根据冷凝风扇的出风方向，科学地在钣金上冲散热孔，具有散热和美观机器的作用；
4、风冷式冷风机经过科学设计，充分考虑技术参数的优化组合，各项指标先进合理。同时可根据用户的要求进行改型设计，提供不同性能指标的产品。
