门为食品设备而设计的一款低温气冷式的制冷机，具有外表美观,体积小,性能优异,质量稳定,价格合理等优势,青金制冷牌风冷式工业冷风机具有上吹风和下吹风两种机型(具体出风口位置可根据用户要求以及用户使用的具体要求产品而定),处理风量从200m3/h~10000m3/h,风压达到200-2000pa,出风温度2-25℃,风速可达11m/s,基本上可以满足各类机型的要求.
冷风机产品特点：
1.主机采用欧美日进口品牌牌压缩机,运行稳定,效率高,噪音低。
2.优质风机,低噪音,可保证风量和压头,风机轴承采用锂基润滑油,常规长期运行不用添加润滑油.
3.散热冷排由翅片加上行列铜管组成，制造时采用二次翻边翅片机械涨管工艺和先进换热器生产线，保证优质稳定。
4.合理布局与配置,可根据用户的要求进行改型设计,提供不同性能指标的产品.
冷风机特点
1、系统经优化设计而成，设备具有高能效比；
2、长射程业设计，与同类产品相比具有低能耗，送风距离远的特点；
3、多种融霜方式可供选择，融霜时间短；
4、采用电热化霜型带双重过热保护，杜绝因化霜失控导致冷库温度升高和发生火灾的隐患；
5、提供微压差控制器选装件，智能控制化霜频率，做到“有霜则化、无霜不化”，与目普遍采用的定时定频次化霜相比，可以减少化霜引起的温度回升和节省化霜的能耗；
6、提供不同的壳体材质选择：钢板喷塑、不锈钢、防锈铝合金；
7、采用防氧化气体保护焊接工艺，系统内清洁度高；
8、盘管以新颖方式布置，以减小风侧阻力，接触热阻小，传热效率高；
9、采用用的风机电机，防潮湿、耐低温、风量大、噪声低、运转平稳；
10、出风温度在-25℃～+10℃，可根据客户要求来选型。
